"Top-notch service"
Top-notch service. From my first question with James to the follow-up from Chris, everything was smooth. I picked up a BMC roadmachine and traded in my Giant just yesterday. Kevin did an amazing job with the bike fit. Took it out for a 30-mile ride today, and I felt great—no aches or pains at all. This is definitely the best local bike shop I've come across. Just wish they weren't so far from me. I reckon cyclists in Yorkshire are pretty fortunate to have them around.

"Perfect bike buy"
I got myself a Pinarello Grevil from Js Cycle Shack, and let me tell ya, Josh was super helpful, keeping in touch the whole time! The delivery was handled by James, who went over everything after putting the bike together, making sure I was satisfied. It was a really seamless experience from beginning to end, and I’d definitely recommend them.

Had my bike fitting at J's today and wow, Kev was just fantastic! He was super helpful, went through everything, and had the patience of a saint. Huge thanks for your assistance today; the bike feels like an extension of myself. I’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend this place enough!

"Fantastic Customer Support"
I had a great experience with their service. My bike showed as available, but turns out it wasn't in stock. They couldn't get it to me quickly, so they offered an upgraded model at no extra cost, and it showed up the very next day. Communication was top-notch, definitely recommend giving them 5 stars!
"Deceived from the Get-Go"
I ordered a bike that was listed as ready to ship the next day. After waiting three days, I reached out to the store to check on the status. They informed me that they actually didn’t have the bike in stock and would be contacting Scott to arrange one by the start of the next week. On Tuesday, I called again and was told there were no bikes available (still showing as in stock on their website), so I asked for a refund since I found one elsewhere. They requested I give them a little more time to sort it out, which I reluctantly agreed to. By Thursday, they claimed they had located another bike and asked if I still wanted it since it was supposedly on its way to them. I said yes, but requested a call on Saturday to either confirm the bike was dispatched or to process my refund. They explained that getting a refund from CycleScheme was quite a hassle and could take until Tuesday. I got a missed call and a voicemail about the bike just three minutes before they closed. I called back on Monday and was told the bike still hadn’t arrived but was on its way and I should expect it by mid-week (here we are in the third week now). On Tuesday, I called again to check if the bike had come in, but my main contact, Josh, was out. The other guy I spoke to didn’t have a clue but assured me I’d have the bike by the weekend. When I called on Friday, Josh told me the bike was still in transit from their partner store (that’s eight days of shipping for a bike!). I was fed up with the constant lies and decided to cancel my order. To top it all off, I received a new voucher from CycleScheme within an hour. What a ridiculous business; I’d steer clear of them.

"Impressive response to defective item"
I purchased a multi-sport item from them, but it turned out to be defective. Their chat feature is really efficient and they respond super fast. They arranged for a pickup and sent a replacement right away. Fantastic service that prioritizes the customer. I’ll definitely go to this team for future buys related to cycling and triathlon as my top pick.

"Top-notch Bike Store"
J’s cycle shack is hands down the finest bike shop I've ever been to. The team is super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about everything cycling-related. I’d definitely suggest it to anyone looking to dive into cycling, buy a new bike, or folks seeking expert guidance on all things cycling, from service to repairs.

"Outstanding Service at J's Cycle Shack"
The crew at J's recently tracked down a bike for me, which was a bit of a challenge since it was from last season. They really went the extra mile to locate it and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Since the bike was an ex-demo, it had a few scratches, but for a small fee, J's took it to fix the paintwork. To my delight, when I picked it up, it looked just like a brand new ride.
I've also used their workshop for servicing, and I can't complain at all. They're quick and professional, and I've never had trouble getting an appointment or having my bike returned on time.
I'm so glad J's Cycle Shack is nearby; I wouldn't think of shopping anywhere else. Highly recommend!

"Just got my third bike from this place"
